Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Policy & No show Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.
Client Preperation
Clients are expected to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Proper skin preparation ensures the best results and longevity of the service.
Service Refusal
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness, or unsanitary conditions.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken for portfolio and promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform the artist prior to your appointment.
Liability
While all products and tools are sanitized and professional-grade, the artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities prior to the service.
